- Income: generally 3.5 times the monthly rent ($7,858 a month for this unit's $2,245 rent), combined across all resident applicants.
- No collection accounts from a landlord or property manager.
- Application fee: $50 per applicant.
- Move-in fee: $500, one time, due on acceptance.
